LITCHFIELD, IL - FIT-to-GO of Litchfield announced today that it has begun welcoming members of the award-winning Healthways SilverSneakers® Fitness and Prime® Fitness programs to its Litchfield location. FIT-to-GO is known for its knowledgeable, friendly staff, local ownership and management, and family friendly facility. FIT-to-GO is equipped with state-of-the-art machines and equipment, an indoor walking track, highly trained staff, fun and effective workout options, group fitness classes, complimentary towel service, along with a wide range of other amenities.
Prime® Fitness is Healthways commercial well-being fitness program, inspiring participants to take charge of their own health and fitness by providing tools, resources and incentives they need to stay motivated and active. The Healthways Prime® Fitness Program is part of an overall health management solution for members with participating insurance plans.
