      Class descriptions.

                                 The costs listed include the entire 6-week course.  Discounts offered when you register for multiple classes.
                                                                      Classes already started???  We will prorate the 6-week cost for you.

      BODY TRIM.

      Follow your instructor in a challenging full-body group resistance program.  Body Trim is a high-intensity strength training and toning class that utilizes dumbbells, kettle bells, body weight, and steps to isolate and tone all the major muscle groups.  This class includes core work as well as short aerobic bursts to maximize fat burn.  $60 (6-wk package: 2 days per week) OR  $6 at the door 


      BOOT CAMP.

      Lace up your gym shoes & get ready to get FIT! This program is designed to challenge your mind, and your body. For 6 weeks be prepared to endure sweat, tears, and the elements (we train in all weather). You WILL reap RESULTS. Boot Camp caters to all fitness levels from the beginner through advanced.  Be motivated, not intimidated!   Not currently offered.

      CARDIO KICKBOXING.

      Cardio Kickboxing has become one of the most popular group exercise workouts in the country.  The workouts are a combination of boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts movements, along with traditional aerobic skills.  Cardio kick is a high energy class designed to get that heart rate up and burn tons of calories!  It is a full body workout full of punches, kicks, and combinations!  With cardio kickboxing you work at your own pace and aerobic level allowing anyone looking for a little more fitness in their life to jump in and have fun!   Not currently offered. 

      CROSS CONDITIONING.

      Heard of CrossFit?  It is the new BIG thing in the Group Strength Training & Conditioning Industry.  CROSS CONDITIONING is the FIT-to-GO version.  It will consist of similar methods.  This program is a strength and conditioning class which uses highly varied, random functional movements performed at a high level of intensity.  It combines strength and power.  The results are amazing and will sculpt your body like no other.  This class uses traditional and non-traditional tools.  This program can accommodate most levels of fitness.   $60 (6-wk package: 2 days per week) OR  $6 at the door 

      INDOOR CYCLING.

      Commonly known as SPINNING, this is FIT-to-GO's most popular class!  The Indoor Cycling class uses stationary cycling bikes to give you an amazing workout.  This low-impact class can be designed for all fitness levels from first time attendance to extremely advanced.  This class is an amazing fat burning cardio workout and is sure to burn the most calories!  Limited to 13 bikes per class.  All levels welcome.  A full water bottle and towel are required.  $79 (6-wk package: 2 days per week);   $90 (6-wk package: 3 days per week);   $99 (6-wk package: 4 days per week) OR  $8 at the door

      KICK & STEP.

      Best of both aerobic classes...cardio kickboxing and STEP aerobics!  Join your instructor as she mixes the fitness fun intertwining easy to follow kick and step combinations.  This action-packed cardiovascular workout will melt the pounds!  Appropriate for most levels.  Not recommended for those with knee problems.  $60 (6-wk package: 2 days per week) OR  $6 at the door 

      KICK, CORE, & MORE.

      This empowering class covers it all.  Spend the first 20 minutes taking your endurance to the max with cardio kickboxing.  Improve your strength and muscle tone within the second 20 minute portion of this class.  The workout is then completed with 20 minutes of ab work targeting all areas of your core muscles!  Appropriate for most levels.  $60 (6-wk package: 2 days per week) $85 (6-wk package: 3 days per week)   OR  $6 at the door 


      PILATES.

      Created by Joseph H. Pilates, this class is one of the fastest growing forms of exercise in the world.  Focusing on the "powerhouse" of the body, Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.  No matter what your age or condition, it will work for you. This therapeutic class improves core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion.  It can even help alleviate back pain and other chronic ailments.  It is recommended you bring a mat or large towel to perform exercises on.  Intermediate or advanced students are encouraged to bring props such as small balls, pilates rings, or straps.  Instruction will be provided for props.  $29 (6-wk package: 2 days per week) OR $4 at the door

      STRETCH.

      This class is a gentle, easy to follow format designed to help lengthen the body, improve joint mobility and core stability.  Learn how to increase and maintain flexibility with a series of stretch and relaxation exercises.  Suitable for any fitness level.  $29 (6-wk package: 2 days per week) OR $4 at the door


      YOGA.

      Yoga isn't only for the flexible and fit.  Those who find Yoga the most challenging are the ones who have the most to gain.  Come see and experience what Yoga can do for you to create a balance of strength and flexibility through yoga postures called "asanas" you will leave with more body awareness in a present and calm state of mind.  The word Yoga means "union" of mind, body, and spirit.  It's all about You, reward yourself!  Not currently offered.

      ZUMBA.

      fit ZUMBA
      Let loose in this cardio dance class! Zumba combines traditional salsa, samba, meringue, and reggaeton dance to help shape and tone your body.  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.  Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba!    Not currently offered.
