Class Schedule August 2nd through September 10th.


INDOOR CYCLING:  Tu/F 6a with Meghan;  M/W/F 9:30a with Meghan;  M/W 5:15p with Leslie; Tu/Th 5:30p with Natalie     
$79-Two Days/Wk, $90-Three Days/Wk, $99-Four Days/Wk  OR  $8 at the door

BOOT CAMP:  Mon/Thurs 6:00am with Meghan  $54 OR $5 at the door

CROSS CONDITIONING: Mon/Wed 6p with Meghan 
NO CLASS Mon, Sep 6th - make-up session Mon, Sep 13th 6pm    $54  OR  $5 at the door 

YOGA:  No Class for the 6-Week Session.  Look for Classes to resume in September. 

SENIOR FITNESS & YOGA: No Class for the 6-Week Session.  Look for Classes to resume in September.

ZUMBA:  Tues/Thurs 7p with Ashli     $54  OR  $5 at the door


ZumbAtomic:
Mon 6p with Ashli (4-7 year olds) NO CLASS Mon, Sep 6th - make-up session Wed, Sep 8th 5pm,  Wed 6p with Ashli (8-12 year olds)  $3 at the door

Class descriptions.

INDOOR CYCLING.

Commonly known as SPINNING, this is FIT-to-GO's most popular class!  The Indoor Cycling class uses stationary cycling bikes to give you an amazing workout.  This low-impact class can be designed for all fitness levels from first time attendance to extremely advanced.  This class is an amazing fat burning cardio workout and is sure to burn the most calories!  Limited to 13 bikes per class.  A full water bottle and towel are required.

Pilates.

Created by Joseph H. Pilates, this class is one of the fastest growing forms of exercise in the world.  Focusing on the "powerhouse" of the body, Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.  No matter what your age or condition, it will work for you. This therapeutic class improves core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion.  It can even help alleviate back pain and other chronic ailments.  It is recommended you bring a mat or large towel to perform exercises on.  Intermediate or advanced students are encouraged to bring props such as small balls, pilates rings, or straps.  Instruction will be provided for props.

Yoga.

Yoga isn't only for the flexible and fit.  Those who find Yoga the most challenging are the ones who have the most to gain.  Come see and experience what Yoga can do for you to create a balance of strength and flexibility through yoga postures called "asanas" you will leave with more body awareness in a present and calm state of mind.  The word Yoga means "union" of mind, body, and spirit.  It's all about You, reward yourself!

Senior Fitness & Yoga: The Senior Fitness & Yoca is a 30-minute class designed to improve strength, balance and flesibility.  This class is suitable for men and womren of any fitness level.  A chair will be used for a portion of the class or if needed you may use it the entire time.  Also, you do not have to be a Senior to participate.  This program is great for any age wanting to just get strted with an exercise program.  You will be amazed how much you can do using a folding chair!  


Boot Camp.

Lace up your gym shoes & get ready to get FIT! This program is designed to challenge your mind, and your body. For 6 weeks be prepared to endure sweat, tears, and the elements (we train in all weather). You WILL reap RESULTS. Boot Camp caters to all fitness levels from the beginner through advanced.  Be motivated, not intimidated! 

ZUMBA.

fit ZUMBA
Let loose in this cardio dance class! Zumba combines traditional salsa, samba, meringue, and reggaeton dance to help shape and tone your body.  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.  Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba!

CROSS CONDITIONING.

Heard of CrossFit?  It is the new BIG thing in the Group Strength Training & Conditioning Industry.  CROSS CONDITIONING is the FIT-to-GO version.  It will consist of similar methods.  This program is a strength and conditioning class which uses highly varied, random functional movements performed at a high level of intensity.  It combines strength and power.  The results are amazing and will sculpt your body like no other.  This class uses traditional and non-traditional tools.  This program can accommodate most levels of fitness.
