      (No class Monday, September 5th to observe Labor Day)


      Mon/Wed/Fri 6am - Indoor Cycling 

      Tues/Thurs 6am -  Indoor Cycling 
      Tues/Fri 5:30am - Pilates    (25 Min)   
      Tues/Thurs 6am - Cross Conditioning
      Mon/Wed/Fri 8:30am - Kick, Core & More   NEW CLASS!
      Mon/Wed/Fri 9:30am - Indoor Cycling

      Tues/Thurs 8:30am - Cross Conditioning   
      Mon/Wed 5:15pm - Cardio Kickboxing  
      Mon/Wed 6:00pm - Beginner Cardio Kickboxing  
      Tues/Thurs 5:45pm - Indoor Cycling   

      Thursday 7pm - ZUMBA  NEW CLASS!
