      Congrats to Quartons! 09/27/2010

      The first annual "Litchfield Sprint TriathLou" took place Saturday at Lake Lou Yeager.  The participants competed to Swim .25 Miles, Bike 13 Miles, and Run 3.1 Miles.  A huge congratulations to the Quartons!  A job VERY well done!  Lori took home first place in her age category and third in Overall Female Open Winners.  (This also happened to be Lori's first Triathlon...awesome!)  Dr. Quarton, an experienced Triathlete, won FIRST PLACE Overall.  Whoa!  Way to go!!!

      Happy Birthday to Me! Woo Hoo! 09/09/2010

      This picture is of a gift from one of my sweet clients, Janice, who I love dearly. She is so funny. I admitted one day to my Indoor Cycling class that I have been craving donuts and cheesecake. So, I got the best gift any preggo gal can receive for her birthday, a donut card (the most delicious looking card I've ever seen) and a New York Style Cheesecake. It is a shame that the rest of my family isn't wild about cheesecake. *wink wink
      The card is hilarious...the inside reads "For your birthday, a rare photo of hips in the larvae stage."  Too cute!  :)

      Wednesday 10:20am - Yoga

      There WILL be 6am Boot Camp and 9:30am Indoor Cycling on Monday, September 6th.
      There will NOT be 6pm Zumbatonic or 6pm Cross Conditioning on Monday, September 6th.
      Make-Up sessions will be:
      Zumbatonic - Wednesday, September 8th at 5pm
      Cross Conditioning - Monday, September 13th at 6pm
